Returns + Exchanges

We hope you’re happy with your online purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an order might not meet your expectations. If that’s the case, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for full-priced items, provided your return meets the criteria outlined below. Please note this does not apply to our Handmade Corset Collection.

Full Priced Items:

Full priced items are eligible for exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) subject to the following requirements:

  • Returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel (as per tracking)
  • Brand new in & in original condition with tags still attached
  • Item must be unworn and free of odour, makeup & fake tan
  • Return is folded and packed neatly when returned

Please email us first at hello@teneveleen.com within 7 days of your order, include your order number in the email.

Please be aware that all customers, including international ones, are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for tracking their return parcel using the provided tracking number. Any loss or damage that occurs during transit is the customer's responsibility.

Sale Items:

Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, except in cases where the item is faulty. This includes purchases made with a discount code (excluding the newsletter sign-up discount code) and items bought at a reduced price. Once placed, sale orders cannot be amended or canceled.

As a goodwill gesture, we will offer a size exchange for sale items under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of receipt (as indicated by tracking).
  • It is in brand-new, original condition with tags still attached.
  • The item must be unworn and free of odours, makeup, or fake tan.
  • It should be folded and packed neatly when returned.

 

Handmade Corset Collection:

No returns or refunds accepted. We want you to be happy with your order so please contact us if you have any questions or issues.

 

Faulty/ Damaged Item:

All items are quality checked prior to dispatch. Please contact us at hello@teneveleen.com with your order number if you have any issues with your order. 

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for a return, please check your item/s carefully upon receiving.

 

How long will my return take?

Once your item has been returned back to us please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange or refund to be quality assessed and processed. For exchanged items, please keep an eye out via email for a new tracking number for your exchanged order.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show up on your original payment method. 

We reserve the right to cancel/investigate any suspicious orders that are not for personal use.
