Where are you located?
All our garments are designed and hand made in Noosa, QLD.
How should I care for my Ten Eveleen garment?
Our corsets are made from vintage and handmade materials and therefore must be treated carefully. We recommend dry clean only or a cool hand wash then laid flat to dry in the shade. Most pieces are made from cotton or a cotton blend and can be ironed with a warm iron.
Do not machine wash, bleach, soak or tumble dry.
Boning is flexible and may bend from wear, to flatten again run a warm iron over your garment lining side up.
Some fabrics are delicate so please be careful when wearing and do not tug too hard on the eyelets.
What are the corsets made from?
Each corset at Ten Eveleen is totally unique, there won’t be another one like it! They are made with vintage and recycled materials and may have minor flaws/wear due to age and handmade nature. To maintain structure and beautiful fit, each piece is fully boned and lined with a cotton lining. Each corset has a lace up back with extra long cotton cord making them super adjustable to each body type and size. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Do you make custom orders?
As our corsets are all unique and sometimes one-off its difficult to create a specific piece. However if you are flexible with print placement and have a style or size in mind we would be happy to create that for you! Custom corset orders start at $310 and will take 1-2 weeks to make requiring a 20% non-refundable deposit to start. Please get in touch to discuss further.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used with custom orders.
Shipping
Our products are shipped with Australia Post unless you have been notified otherwise.
All Australian orders are shipped within 2 business days express with a flat rate of $12 tracked shipping (1-4 business days)
Once your item is shipped, Ten Eveleen is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
An email will be sent when your item is shipped and the customer is responsible for keeping track of their item via tracking number provided. If the item is not collected and returned to sender, no refunds will be provided and customer will be responsible for the postage cost to re-send.
International Shipping
All international orders are a flat rate of $25 AUD for standard shipping or $35 AUD for express shipping.
Once your item is shipped, Ten Eveleen is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All custom fees, taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.
Returns Policy
No returns or refunds are accepted. We want you to be happy with your order so please contact us if you have any questions or issues.
